Dear ceria residence folks...I have another issue to clarify with you all. AutoVille which is located just before the Ceria Residence is meant to be car showroom, service center, accessories shops and "workshops".
Aren't you guys concerned of having like 10-15 workshop just behind your yard? The showrooms, services centers and accessories shops shouldn’t be any issue, but workshops does trigger some concerns, because it emits quite a lot of exhaust smoke. Not to forget gas / smell from oil, sprays and other things they use in the workshop. The air quality will be definitely compromised. If I’m not mistaken exhaust smoke are quite harmful. Can cause cancer and cardiovascular disease. Please do share if you guys knows something that I don’t which made you guys buy this place. |
