Yep, no gate but there is wall between units, however there is a boarded fence probably waist-high to the side garden, so dogs (not sure allowed yet, according to SA depends on DMC) cannot simply stray in although they can pee on your car tyres for territorial claim

Agree with you. We do not taunt people and their occupations that they choose. Neither should we look down at petrol station operators, laywers, pasar malam sellers, engineers ...

This is not spitting on people's bowl la but the point is, if it is a mis-selling then it should be discouraged and strongly criticised because it can happen to anyone, more so our relatives...

a lot of people get "cheated' because of the way some SA sells and it is good that we have forum like this where there are ppl like BBW who balance out the sales pitch vs facts so that ppl like sampks wouldn't get cheated.... hehe
