That's a 5% increase in take up rate since a week ago. Last week I checked with them the take up rate is 70% of the 330 units released for sale.
The results is impressive considering there is no public launching yet for Tenderfields.

Hi Jason, haven received the invite card yet. Hope they don't restrict a family of more than two. The card shows for two person only.

Anyone taken a loan with MLTA? Was inform the premium is very much higher as compared to MRTA but the coverage sum is fixed throughout the period of coverage for MLTA. I am considering MLTA but the high premium is quite pricey. Please share your experience on MLTA. Thanks
