Went to EMSO again today.  Following the preview of Tenderfields units on 12 & 13 July, seems they garnered more sales.  If I counted correctly, of the 330 units opened for sales at present (since some are reserved for future lanching upon the show villagr teady), only 82 units left unsold. This translate to 75% take-up rate.

Well done!  rclxms.gif

That's a 5% increase in take up rate since a week ago. Last week I checked with them the take up rate is 70% of the 330 units released for sale.
The results is impressive considering there is no public launching yet for Tenderfields.

We ought to respect the SA or 7-11 staff or even those nurses of hospital that run 24x7.... You can do better than such useless and baseless prank.

Normally it is better to keep quiet if one has nothing more sensible or logical to say or to post. Respect is earned. nod.gif

Anyone taken a loan with MLTA? Was inform the premium is very much higher as compared to MRTA but the coverage sum is fixed throughout the period of coverage for MLTA. I am considering MLTA but the high premium is quite pricey. Please share your experience on MLTA. Thanks

Take MLTA as your simple life insurance with fix coverage and without further upside gain.  For those life insurance with potential investment return, a portion of your premium is invested into some funds thus you would expect some non-guaranteed return.  For MLTA, the premium is merely to cover your sum insured without potential investment return.
