If to check the acc balance or acts as ATM withdrawal, the AEW DC can be just changed PIN immediately and can be successfully check the balance via any ATM anytime or even Alliance Online Personal.

chris kor long time no see wor.. you silence in expected profit margin in other treads wor.. what is the expected profit margin in EM & SEH? last time was 405k DSL to 750k, now Jason kor say cement price and GST come very big concern.. push upwards to 800k from 750K?

that day TKJ only praise you, now you show partial truth, I still remember last year when SEH baru launch, moment i comment on the distance TKJ, you and that dude robert82, doom immediately start travel from SEH to Leisure mall on 10 am and screenshot the waze report for me.. telling how close is semenyih is to Leisure mall only..

you went on further to say 40 minutes time inclusive of parking into leisure mall , grab stuffs and travel back.. so enthusiastic, but the wrong side lehh..

Chris gor, my experience:

1.) I collect my EW-Alliance debit card from EM satellite office.
2.) Wait for 2 weeks, then receive my pin number, courier by post.
3.) I went to Alliance bank ATM machine, slot in the card and try to change pin number, request rejected.
4.) I walk into the counter and tell them my problem. They check the system and tell me the card is not activated yet.
5.) 3 hours later, receive a call from Alliance bank, inform me the card is activated.
6.) Go to the alliance bank atm machine, slot in the card again, and manage to change the pin.
7.) Check the balance, there is still no sign EM bank in the referral fees...

BBW, I tell you the facts, that's the time taken for me to travel. I show proofs.

If there is a project near Berjaya Time Square, what's the travel time we should claim to reach KLCC from this project?

Should we say 50 minutes as this maybe the time taken for peak hour?

around that maybe 40 minutes..on peak hours .. not hose 4.50 pm peaks hours..

I never claim 450pm is peak hour, I only said after 5pm is almost reaching peak hour.

EkoCheras - 1 hour 40 minutes to reach KLCC
TTDI Kajang - 1 hour 55 minutes to reach KLCC
Setia Ecohill - 2 hours to reach KLCC

facts: Semenyih is far... with peak hours it is worse.

My friend, Semenyih is far, indeed, but far by 15 - 20 minutes..

BBW, ask you another question. How long of daily travel (one way) you can tolerate?

Oh Sam Kor, u received ur AEW DB at EMSO itself. I did mine and collected mine in 30 min process in SS15 branch. I changed the PIN immediately bfore I left the branch.

For your case, u received the PIN Number via courier but only after 2 weeks? I reckon ur card is unable to activate was due to ur PIN had been expired upon on air or delivery. Lol. If I remember correctly, the PIN will be expired in few days time.

For the Part 7) hehehe, maybe we need to wait one more month. It just 5-6 weeks now since we signed the S&P for Cradleton.

see already knew it when you first post the question.. this compensate the price of subsales in SEH & EM..

I already knew it for long time woh. I sacrifice for 15 - 20 minutes in exchange for a decent landed house woh, for me i think it is worth woh.

As I said many times already, 600k landed house in decent township 30 km away vs 600k service apartment 15km away, with travel time different by 15 - 20 minutes, the choice is yours, no?

I am not sure if the pin is expired or they reactivate it, but I use back the same pin number for the first time transaction.

Can you tell me a very decent 600k condo (> 1000 sqf at least) in kl that you can travel less than 1 hour to reach KLCC during peak hour?

yup there are:

Green teraine condo, 1368sq, freehold, less than 1 hour KL, 550k to 600k (nego)
PV20 Setapak condo, 1400sq, leasehold, price 560k to 600k , traffic condition dunno
Cheras Heights condo, 1400sq, leasehold, price 560k to 650k, less than 1 hour
Royal Regeant condo (Putramas 3), 600k above, less than 30 minutes to kl
Areas around north Kiara areas, less than 30 minutes, price 500k to 700k condo , more than 1000sq

I always prefer to do all this accounts opening or card / chequer collection within the branch itself to avoid further technical difficulty.

I believe the PIN was expired bcz it was a very sensitive code, but the officer can reactivate back the same code for you to proceed the activation of the card. Same goes to online banking code, after they verified the personal details.

Hash, yalor. But if they able to pay thru referral fees before subsequent bank release, then ok for me.

1% of each property is not low amount, imagine 500 units with EIP, its about RM 6000 ( Est ) x 500 = RM 3mil deal
