i believe if someone is looking for a house for own stay, he would have already considered other options which may be cheaper. but ppl do not just look into the price and whether it's beautiful. it's also about convenience and family/ppl surrrounding you.

Yes nobody force him to buy at the location now. He needs a house. Everybody needs a house. He bought it in 2011 at rm370k then no need to buy another one now at rm670k la.  If he didn't buy in 2011 at rm370k and he likes it and wanted to buy at that location now, he have to pay rm670k for it. It's as simple as that. Again, maybe no one force him. But if he needs a house and didn't buy in 2011 at rm370k, does he still need a house? Answer is yes. If he missed the boat in 2011 and can't afford the same property at rm670k in 2014, he'll probably have to settle with a condo at at rm370k now. So u tell me, is there a need whether he buys it in 2011 or 2014? Yes. and why not buy in 2011 when price is cheaper?

500k is beyond their affordability, they're looking for 300k link house in KL PJ area. Hope pr1ma will launch such a price range for them, many still earning 2k and below, especially those working as IT technician

I regretted last year I did not bang more..this year I still buy some developer project but in cheaper range 500-600k about 1000 sq ft..might be too late but life on on coz I pretty sure there is some good deal in subsale...

I might tempted to buy studio as pricd very cheap but my logical mind tell me don't go for it.
