Hey, looks exactly like a subsale unit (in block C) I have just booked!

Many thanks for sharing all the renovation works and it seems that this will be the journey I will go through soon, pending to collect keys.

One question, where did you put your fridge, washing machine and dining table? Just curious.

And really thanks for sharing the exactly same layout with mine and pointing out the ugly beams. Makes me having second thought of not doing any plaster ceiling now. *grins*

Yup this is the block c place smile.gif but not revealing the name here as I prefer privacy.
My dining table is behind my kitchen wall, stick to the wall. I cut away like 1m plus of the wall from the entrance to make them look much wider
My washing machine and fridge is both outside the wet kitchen. I changed the door from opening out to opening into the kitchen against the wall. So that my fridge can fit right next to the window from the storeroom. I did very minor renovation only smile.gif
Hope this helps you, oh I would love to pay a visit to ur unit when they're ready smile.gif see if the developers gave any new 'extra' stuffs bcos my stupid entrance wall was half only.

Hah! Yeah, but why can you enter Block C geh? Isn't it the CF is not out yet?
You have got the keys already? I saw no lights on yet as of last week at night.
Dining table behind the kitchen wall will make the living room look VERY spacious, how wide is your dining table? Round of square? 5ft or 4ft?

Actually I plan to put my cooking area and washing machine to the Yard area (your wet kitchern) in order to save on the hood *cheapskate* icon_idea.gif But then by doing this, there will be no place for my fridge anymore, very stress. Then I can't dry my clothes at the yard, need to dry at the balcony very ugly.

Now can only plan according to the floor plan, have not seen the real unit yet.

I think my reno will be even minor than yours, don't worry! tongue.gif
