the ride was given by his dad, to teach takumi how to drive 4WD car, so takumi can try to emulate 4WD style on FR car.

assuming that this is to show how takumi can save his tyre usage, the grip style that is almost same like shinji, and enhancing his braking technique.

maybe, but who knows if kogashiwa and tomoyuki is in the same professional team lol.

as both guys said that takumi is not suited to professional racing due to his technique, so takumi went on helping his dad send tofu again.

Avex has confirmed that the New Initial D The Movie will be a trilogy. First part of the trilogy is called Legend 1 -Awakening- slated for release in theaters on August 23rd, 2014 (Japan Only) [confirmed]

i guess it will be based on Stage 1, Stage 3, and final stage accordingly
