if u r planning to buy just the tokyo metro ticket...u have to purchase at haneda airport...the counter opens till 12 midnight...thats what the customer service told me in the email...

i am worried about this too since my itinerary involves walking from Osaka St to Higashi-Umeda St and then locating the ticket sales window for the eco card.

the office where they sell the eco card is not hard to locate if you can read a simple map. alternatively you could purchase it at other smaller stations perhaps. but every station in Japan seems quite huge

i didn't use bmobile, but used econnect because i needed >14 days
but i believe they are using the same backhaul and have similar setup (entering the APN, password, etc)
with econnect, the setup is actually and supposed to be very easy and fast
why supposedly? that's because i forgotten to reenable mobile data and i was going to scream bloody murder when my initial setup didn't work after trying the simple steps over and over for like 10 minutes, before realizing my mistake

thanks for the input. I suppose for people who are not tech savvy better stick to pocket wifi then. don't wanna risk not having it to work.

For 10 days and single person use, i can't think of any better or more cost effective plan than the bmobile

My flight was on a Monday, took me about 30-40 minutes to clear the immigration as there were a few flights arriving around the same time. So, had a drink at Cardinal Cafe or something and slept on the benches. Woke up to pray at the prayer room around 345am, slept again at the benches. Woke up around 530, paid 1030yen at the shower room for a 30 minute shower to freshen up before leaving the airport.

To note that my trip was a trip of a group of 4 friends who are single. Not suitable for families.

The next day, then we plan to exchange it from airport and head to kyoto right the way. We really plan to stay near the airport bcoz we expect we will damn tired after the flight... but i doubt i can sleep as too excited

Have not tried expedia, but better do some comparison with booking.com, agoda and etc.
Try to book separately as u may get better offer, though package may seems convenient.
