Will be back as I got unfinished business in USJ and Disney Parks. Harry Potter ride for example I missed out on as the queue was a whopping 220 minutes. Tasted Butterbeer though. The crowd in Japanese them parks are crazy to all 4 parks I've been to i.e. Tokyo Disneysea, Tokyo Disneyland, Fuji-Q Highland and Universal Studios Japan. So, so, so many people. The queue was 75 minutes on the Winnie The Pooh ride for example. Crazy.

Still enjoyed my time there in general. Google Translate app was a lot of help. Will definitely be back, if my health permits.

By the time I got to the park around 10, the fast passes were finished. And I kind of thought since school started on Monday the week before, there would be less of a crowd. I was dead wrong.

That's the plan! 1 question though, is that the norm with Japanese theme parks?? There is no such thing as a peak and non peak season? Did my research before going and found out that the school semester started on September 1st hence the expectation of a lesser crowd. Or did I get that wrong?

Forgot to mention, I found the Haunted Hospital in Fuji-Q to be extremely disappointing. There was probably 3-4 scare attempts on the group of 4 of us throughout the walkthrough. Being in USS haunted house before, there was plenty of gaps/spaces and doorways that I was expecting the "ghosts' to pop out from but they didn't. Probably got bored seeing a group of 4 guys. And for the record, I did not run or anything. I have a dodgy knee, so running was out of the questions. Maybe if I had ran, they would probably be more inclined to chase after me.

Actually local train was quite fast and alot faster than our KTM and reliable, but makesure
u have sufficient time to get to the station, buying ticket, walk down to platform,
which was opposite to the arrival hall. One thing you can do is hand carry a medium
backpack instead of carry luguage, you will wasting quite some time during baggage collection.

I mean, the rental car shops in Japan, do they usually have cars available, that I can just go on the spot and get one?

I think alot of you will be taking airsia to Haneda airport? And flight reaches there will be nearly midnight. So what do you do when you reach there? Check-in hotel? To me, it's not worth to waste a night stay at a hotel since it's so expensive. So I've come up with a plan, take a train to Yurakucho station, hang out at Jonathan's family restaurant (open 24 hours) and head to the tuna action at 4am at Tsujiki Fish Market. Also, have sushi breakfast there ;)

FYI, the last train from Haneda airport is at 12am.

1. what are your thoughts on whether its worth getting the Suica or Pasmo to use?
2. do they have an expiry for credits in it (meaning I can use it next year or next time I go again)?

Or is it just easier to use cash?
