Anyone knows anything about Ukay Spring? Driving along MRR2 approaching Zoo Negara, you can see the Ukay Spring wordings on the hilltop. From my house, I can see it from the balcony. Not much details from website except it offers the usual terraced, semi-d and zero lot.

Yes, Malton. Went to the site just now, not sure but I think it is cause thats where the big lettering logo is. There is a sales gallery under construction by Gapadu Sdn Bhd, could be it.

92 is good but maybe dark for terrace. Prefer wider facade since most households have 2 cars min.

A lot of area at the top is mostly flat, it's only development at the fringes that are risky. The place has its attraction, most notably the air feels cooler. Even on a hot day, you will notice a difference as you drives up into Ukay Perdana. At night you can save a few hours of aircon
