But my WiFi Connection is up and down every 15 Minutes!
And Prefered 4g Mode is Not Working , only 3g and 2g!

Now i am surprised trat your WiFi and 4g Working is Working well?
4g Problem solved:
IT seemed my Provider congstar has turned off lte Service for my allnet flat s.

But how to solve my WiFi Problem reconnecting every 15 minutes?

Here is how I solve this issue,
1. Go to Setting, Wifi, advance, select the 'Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep' to 'Always'
2. Go to Setting, Uncheck the 'Remaining battery percentage' (Don't show %)
3. If it is still not solve, Go to Setting, Power saving, then select 'Normal' Power Plan

By doing this I can stream smoothly.

Unchecking the 'Remaining battery percentage' (Don't show %) helps.
Strange behaviour, hope next Version eliminates this Bug.
