i remember take few pics when 1st i replace the screen, but no where to find the saved picture sweat.gif

if i had the screen replacement i may take the picture again when replace the screen later wink.gif

On the right, beside the sensors. It is behind the fascia, so is only visible when it lights up.

I tried to transfer files from internal SD card to a portable external HD 500G(USB 3.0) ....it refuses to do, task fail says it need root. I don't have such a problem using a older version of another portable HD (usb2.0). Anybody can help without rooting this phalet?

Yes,it's a feature of Kitkat rom,so you have to root your device & install SDFix app from play store to unlock it.

I was thinking there was a way without rooting where my older portable HD could do it. Just that it is full and using a newer HD gave me this problem... thanks for your reply anyway.

Joytest... following page Rooting and Roms way of rooting, the Chinese website has another download direct to Android phone.. apk file. Can I just install that in my phone and root it using it.

Why don't you try it first
Worse it fail n your phone will not be affected in any way

The apk file name is RoootGenius_general_pc.apk....there is the word pc (why apk in pc) n I don't read chinese that why I thought someone would know.

Just download file n you will know whether is an apk or exe file. Anyway running root genius program to root iscjust a simple click n execute method. Nothing complicate or difficult with it

hi, i had a question regarding my x1, when i receive meeting invite via the email and i click view in calendar it is always shown as 1st Jan 1970. Is this a known issue? because i receive the same email at my other device e.g mi3, i had no such issue.

This could be a mail client issue. Maybe you can try setting the date display format?

I do not use the stock mail client so I can't really help.
