i replace the touchscreen previously myself. the sad part is i only get the screen replacement only without the frame.
so i need to get back the frame. when i pried the old touchscreen out the frame, the glass crack..
so the old glass is no more available..huhu.

oh, so i cannot only flash the touchscreen folder..herm. i dont want to flash complete file in the trial..
scare phone get flash, data gone but the touchscreen problem is still..

Where did you buy the screen, and how much was it?

OTG does work, and I suggest you could flash the last stable ROM by aftersilence, released in June or September last year, which was JB 4.2.2. Really good ROM, everything works.

No I am in France. I re downloaded but failed... I updated only the modem, but not all the firmware.

Already updated to B103 but no updated boot logo as mentioned in changes log

i cannot recall from who i get the touchscreen, but surely from LYN seller here. About RM100+/- if not mistaken.

yes, it works..i use it with OTG+wireless mouse and keyboard.
BUT, at 1st i cannot use it..i dunno why the cursor is there, but not clickable..i can move cursor around,
when i click to slide screenlock, it failed to move the unlock slider.

then i open the tab..dismantle the digitizer socket (disable touchscreen) and wallaaa...the mouse works.
Everything working fine with OTG+Wireless Mouse+keyboard.

Confirm, the digitizer is faulty. Phaiseh...it was replaced just a few months..not even last for 1 year.
now i have to look for the new digitizer again.

got anyone selling?

Since this is a rather old device (2011), it will be hard to find parts.

Can you take a pic of how your Mediapad looks like, without the glass screen?

I would also appreciate if you took a pic of the digitizer socket and what you dismantled. I like teardown pics.

The file could be corrupted, seems to be the likely cause.

If you have CWM, you also need to reflash to stock recovery.

I also have the same problem with B012 (Malaysia) OTA update. Maybe because I root my phone and edit the build.prop. You can try to flash the clean B102 and do the OTA update again.

There is an English version of CWM at XDA. It can be used on all KK versions. Google for it.
