Thanks alot for all the decent feedbacks. I work hard to satisfy all my customers. If customers are unsatisfied or unable to play games, I will give full refund no questions. For instance, I have helped t0ny @ wechat to troubleshoot his installation issue of PvZ and provided him option to get full refund from me as he initially wanted to play the game with a group of friends in CC but the computers in CC couldn't support the game (PvZ can only be played in x64 bit windows). All in all, thanks for all your support and I hope to serve you guys soon again. As I am going to work full time soon, I will have no time but to process most orders at night each night. Thanks.
