Still have 38 units left. Not many units at the south zone have been taken up. The ones next to malay forest reserve.

Aiyo.. the salesgal told me punya :0 Anyway I checked out Lekas Highway just now and 10 mins towards KL from the planned interchange I hit traffic jam liao. The highway eventually turned into normal road and from the opposite side traffic towards Cheras Leisure mall was quite bad.
