Suprisingly they will want to launch the last plot of 20x70 now. I thought it will be launch at the very last stage since all rhe show units are there. I presume 22x75 will be launch at the same time as well. Superlink what land size and build up? Any idea?

Even before the implementation of the GST on the April's Fool day next year, the developers will have already factor the impact in the pricing even if they launch it this year... so it makes little diff IMO - perhaps the diff is the buyers' perception and sentiment.
