A little refresh..
SEH township is launched on 11/10/2013. No soft-launch or pre-launch or whatsoever for public units. 400 DSL + 300 Cluster/SemiD being snatched up within 3-4 hours. This is the progress for about 10 months after launching. So far, dun see any sign of slowing down even though LKS already left SPS. Overall, I believe LKS also wish SEH can be a great success too, as his 1089 acres of township development is just merely less than 500m from SEH.
