are selling below 600k? sell around 700k or 750k doable.. all factors are better than good view isn't? just need longer uptake time only... maybe 2 weeks or 3 weeks, not so bad as well..

unless, good view heights is better in many ways to call for such a price

call again around October, loans rejection units will out by then, first time SEH got this "not bad 68% booking", normally projects alwayls finish sapu and need to line up.. looks like losing grip... wonder how will subsales catch up in 2015, around 1 year.. SEH still have other units left ...
