A little refresh..

SEH township is launched on 11/10/2013. No soft-launch or pre-launch or whatsoever for public units.

400 DSL + 300 Cluster/SemiD being snatched up within 3-4 hours.

This is the progress for about 10 months after launching.

So far, dun see any sign of slowing down even though LKS already left SPS. Overall, I believe LKS also wish SEH can be a great success too, as his 1089 acres of township development is just merely less than 500m from SEH.

Understand that the show units at SEH will be demolished for new launch and then subsequent launch will be st SEH2, true?

Still have some cluster / semid units not launch yet. Superlink not launch yet, apartment not launch yet...

For SEH 2, I think the soonest will be launched middle next year...

Seems like the launching for phase 2 is nearing... Got names for the upcoming launch of superlink and terrace houses.

20x70: there will be 3 types with different BU i guess. The names are Beconia, Bellucia and Bartonia
222x75: Saraca
Super link: got 2 types which are Vircia and Flovia.

May I know the price range for the terrace houses??

In addition, does anyone know when will they build the apartments?

Saraca reported at RM680K and above but this news quite sometime ago. Those new 1s with size 20x70 price shld be over 500K. Apartment no news yet.
