Good view heights agent still call me today say still got units for sale, quite plenty, more than 10 units...ask me come slow slow chose...he said those with sticker most likely will got loan reject so ask me chose 1st n will reserve for me...

So the bear statement said good view heights finish in 3 weeks, i think is not valid....sticker game

Good view heights launch more than 3 weeks still not hit more than 68% sales, u say ppl buy for own stay so slow sales is ok....this is not a good sales strategy la.... biggrin.gif

SHL is playing sticker game la...


Sp setia is honest and launch at reasonable price and able to sell more than 68% in one day, so remain units should be easily sold out in another one week times, unlike SHL sales agent until more than 3 weeks launch still calling buyer to come to buy....

Check back ur SHL sales record, palm walk or good view heights, and some sg long red bricks condo, also got lots of unsold units after complete....sg long take about 10 years to become what it is today. rclxms.gif

Quality is the real concern for SHl products. Dun belive me? Come and view my SHL purchase, really make me headache on the wall crack n water leak issue....

This is phase 2 launch, and about 91 units and sold more than 63 units in just one day, what do u expect?


Even on mature township like setia alam, the lately launch by sp setia also wont just 100% sold in one day...

Same goes to other big shot like sunrise, simedarby, inp.....especially for the master township project, when launch it from phase to phase, for sure the price will increase and it take longer time for market to absorb....
