hehehe... existing buyers definitely hope there is price increase, but of course not too steep, typically ~ 100k increase with larger build up and slightly larger land area looks reasonable to me.

Bro treehill...saw ur post on V8, spent raya catching up from V6 to V8 and finally here I am.

Yeah man...wedding is not an easy task. So much to do yet so little time. Also because we didnt hire a wedding planner. Went with the concept of if we want to express our feelings we shud be the one writing the card, why buy that one had written. Thus, it requires patience and dedication.

Is it not that the welcome centre is going to be the community hall which is open to public. The clubhouse will be exclusive to Precint 2 and 3 on subscription basis.

At least, that's what I am told.

Are you referring to the QL Egg producer's biogas facility? That is near to Nilai, right? And, yeah it stinks pretty bad, due to the biogas facility, the dumping ground and few poultry's around those area. Seri Pajam developments buyers are bound to suffer due to this.

Seconding bro Treehill, some of us, who were genuinely interested of owning a property in Kajang for own stay - a peaceful, safe and serene location had been following the exhibitions, prop site, and pre launch closely to even have a shot at owning a unit.

And, gladly so, we had the opportunity to own one when we raced over to SEH the morning we got the SMS. And, as I bro treehill had informed, I had met alot of purchasers with intention of own stay as well as those who are in limbo buying it as investment but now thinking of own stay. rclxms.gif

PeriPeri, SEH1 is close to 700 acres only. And, they had just launched few phases. In fact 1 only, with DSL, CSD, SD and some bungalows. The remaining bungalows, Superlink, SD and DSL is future launches. There could be one end of this year.

MNet, to clarify, houses in Germany are controlled by Government under a special set up - there is no need for you to own a house there since its like on rented basis, but for lifetime that is unless you decease or you move. Cashflow is fixed, hence property bubble in Germany is almost non-existent.

However, this is what I had learned, I do not have a concrete source to this fact.

House prices in Germany’s biggest cities are overvalued as much as 25 per cent, the Bundesbank warned on Monday, adding to fears that international investment has helped to fuel a property bubble in the eurozone’s largest economy.
The German central bank said that residential real estate prices in 125 cities rose by 6.25 per cent on average last year. In October, it reported that property prices in the biggest German cities were 20 per cent overvalued, suggesting the problem is getting worse.
