Sam Kor, I agreed with you. The biggest problem for FnG for me is that some people might not want to pay security fees and the formed committee cannot do anything about it. Good thing is that, like you said if resident agreed to improve on certain things, it will be beneficial. Example like increasing the number of guards, access card, camera, have guard with dog patrol and etc, etc. I feel will have more control but again everyone has to participate and cooperate lo....
