Are you referring to the QL Egg producer's biogas facility? That is near to Nilai, right? And, yeah it stinks pretty bad, due to the biogas facility, the dumping ground and few poultry's around those area. Seri Pajam developments buyers are bound to suffer due to this.

Yearp this is the one; it is the Biogas facility of QL Resources. They are at Pajam...and right opposite this is the solar panel production company - government owned as well as a huge dumping ground. Adjacent to all these are poultry farms that supplies poultry to KFC and Ayamas. Also, for egg production. So, now you know why it stinks when you cross Pajam on either way. At all times that is. Rainy days even worst.

You no beli RM 30 fruits at Farmer Market? 

xuan mui mui, 10km radius from pajam means including nilai, bandar seri mahkota, mantin, and beranang/semenyih as well.

So far only seri pajam development has such issue, never heard of any other area affected though..

Xuan jer, if in aircon room i think shld be ok and will not have smell gua 
Anyway, just hope those smell wont blow till SEH there.

Xuan mui mui, no need to worry that much, if really that bad, Mantin, Bandar Mahkota will be affected first, and I presume tonnes of people will start to complaint already.

So far, only the Pajam residents complain about this... so that's mean not affected to another township yet. Limited within 2-3km radius I presume.

Today passed by lekas and can see some units from precicnt 3. Really quite near to lekas highway and is just like beside it only. Not sure they will put up a wall which is sound proof. Also, didnt realize that the small bridge to the super link side already done. Again quite near to lekas highway 

Btw Bro Sam the Ecohill Lekas highway exit issit the exit for Bangi and Semenyih 1? Exit number 2102? If yes then is really near and really can save time and petrol compare to jln semenyih although need to pay RM1.10.
