    month ?)
-  Launching of Phase 2 soon, starting from RM598,000 (presumably, Saraca ?)
-  The Club House which offers spectacular 360-degree views is in PLANNING stage and
  will be ready to serve the SEH community soon

Indeed this new updated masterplan with all the parks and gardens finalized looked impressive!

Can't wait to see the final result.
I'll head to SEH to get those brochures later this week...

Don't think will be that many people who can afford, but definitely a lot will be queuing , loan get through or not different story la.
