SEH is comprised of Pelangi semenyih, bandar tasik kesuama, bandar rinching and etc.. look at those condition, maybe anotehr 10 years, malls opening even in KL also cant survive, unless you are really sick everyday go 1 mall only..

these packages are everywhere in developers package, Perak, Kedah, they all have these... like Setia Alam, do they really have that much of resident to support their malls? look at the depressing occupants in Setia Alam, stil dont learn it, Semenyih you go..

Off topic... Just now someone mentioned Setia Alam in a negative way. I beg to differ. On Malaysia Day, the mall parking is full, the road outside fully parked with cars (and those are not parking lots!), mall full of people, playground full of kids, the green grass full of people sitting around, picnicking, flying kites. Love the life, vitality, joy!

Hope SEH will also be as great or greater!

LKS already left SPS management for more than 4 months, so far SEH progress still superb.

As a matter of fact, I think LKS should hope SEH to be as successful as it could be, overall, they are sharing a same road for communiting for the time being, while waiting the interchange to be completed.

BBW, come lar during this weekend. Throw aside the differences spat in this forum. Come neutral. If not happy, got other developers surrounding here. MKH, Kuen Lai, Country Garden, Eco World.

Call me bias lar, but after visiting all the developers above, hats off to EW and SPS. With their constant engagement with buyers and prospects, you also feel good being one of their buyer. Not like other developers, u sign, ok...see u during vp. At least this one, you are constantly reminded that they do appreciate your purchase.

You know, it's the little thing that make people happy, even a birthday card send to your home to wish you happy birthday (eg. from a car manufacturer.) All this is important to maintain your branding and publicity. Not just, oi...please buy, nah sign here, sign there...ok. here's the key. Tq.

At the end of the day, you are not buying only a home, you are also buying the experiences.

-  Construction of Tenby International School would commence in Oct 2014 (next
    month ?)

Just need to reiterate that statement is coming from the fengshui master, and not sure whether it is 100% true.

However to have 10 beautiful landscape gardens in the township definately will increase the comfort of staying. I do agree connecting road is important, but with the good landscape garden plus well verse connecting road, it is much better "fengshui" then, no?
