these packages are everywhere in developers package, Perak, Kedah, they all have these... like Setia Alam, do they really have that much of resident to support their malls? look at the depressing occupants in Setia Alam, stil dont learn it, Semenyih you go..

10 years ago setia alam looks like semenyih as well..near kampung meru, ulu ulu place...go to kl ...***...sibeh far, more than 30km , so many tolls need to pay...

bear will also commented this project is going to fail badly and price drop badly during launch time..

but now look at setia alam.... whistling.gif

bang all toher projects and suddenly promote good view heights like no tomorrow..

hoping some water fish can go buy the good view height from bear and bear can earn the commission...

show some mercy to bear, bear is just some low income ppl still rent at maluri flat and not afford to buy properties so only can jealous jealous...

a successful cooperation might depend on a good leader during the beginning stage, but once the good leader set up a good system to mange the company, the company will continue to become success even though there is some leadership change..it happen on most of the success companies...

LKS left a good legacy to sp setia..how about Sin Heap Lee? who is the CEO? who is the director? nobody care man......

but the good thing is we know there is fortune teller sales man/bear from Sin Heap Lee.... rclxms.gif

Sin heap Lee is not a bad developer, just poor in township planning and some workmanship problem...famous in bad way...it's not really a famous developer but now bear make it become more famous in negative way, i would say is a sad thing for SHL,,,

All this while keep bashing on other projects just to want to promote good view heights.....so i guess bear is not free during weekend, need to sit at good view heights sales office to wait for potential buyers....good luck to bear, hooe bear finally afford to buy a nice house and not need rent at maluri flat anymore
