what talking you... goodview heights could be another product like Jade hills with very less occupants due to factory sites , good view is lacking in convenience , I am promoting an own stay likelihood and probability that is why ppl dump 73k in it.. ask samkps/chris, investors want to dump 73k into investment and so near (a few minutes claimed by samkps) and a booming up township by big developers meh?

As I said.....jh is sell like farreri.....medge mension sell like farreri too.......our project sell launch not like other......example seh  launch 200 units is for average guy like you and me......we cant afford to buy farreri.

This is phase 2 launch, and about 91 units and sold more than 63 units in just one day, what do u expect?
Even on mature township like setia alam, the lately launch by sp setia also wont just 100% sold in one day...

Same goes to other big shot like sunrise, simedarby, inp.....especially for the master township project, when launch it from phase to phase, for sure the price will increase and it take longer time for market to absorb....

one really need to see EM bypass fast to shorten the distanced travel, at least not to pas-by run down and jammed shops.. the only way to SEH now is through the old Semenyih trunk road, like today raining sum ore... first impression are important..

If you check old post.....chris chew mentioned few time no budget for over million launch.....doom2...got mentioned jh too expensive..........sam....just ta kong chai and not work as professionals. ...like doctor lawyer....so my 10 sen opinion....they all cannot afford.
