According to their website, they are also using HP Indigo. But the Indigos comes in different models. Some, with better quality than others. It also depends on whether they are printing using 4-colours or 6-colours. The company may opt to use only 4-colours though the machine is capable of 6, because IINM, HP charges bills their click-charges differently. In any case, HP Indigo output quality is pretty good as digital printing goes. But they do not even remotely begin to compare with real photos. With digital printing (and offset), the LPI is normally so low, you can see the raster dots without even needing a magnifying glass. If you look at a photo from one of Fuji's new digital printers - they are so sharp, there is no raster or dither visible at all. A photobook made by gluing these pages into a book will have the highest quality possible. |

QUOTE(dkk @ Jul 4 2014, 12:41 PM) http://malaysia.myflippix.com/ Which shop doing the fuji digital printing? Yeah i notice the dots in photobook malaysia and not really sharp either. I think myflippix is not bad but a price higher than photobook malaysia. Never try them but will do.According to their website, they are also using HP Indigo.
