Hi, does anyone know how to create an animated gif from a video clip? I need some guides

try messing around with Ulead GIF animator and VirtualDub
VirtualDub is for cutting a certain part of the video clip then u open Ulead GIF animator and open the clip, it will automatically changed it to frame by frame view.....jz do some minor editing then save as .gif then can liao |

Well, if you're a Photoshop user, and somehow it came with ImageReady, use Imageready.
Imageready will only open .MOV files, instead of MPEG. And you can just start from there, and edit here and there |

Camtasia Studio 2 also can, load mpeg/avi, save as gif.
