Hey guys, I'm a new mi3 owner . just got my phone today..
Need your advise with an issue I seem to be facing. Every time I wake my phone there's an error that pops up and goes away.
As I meddled with the phone I discovered that when I hold my palm over the top speaker area where the front facing can is.. The "error" stays on.
Its the prompt that says to not cover the top part of the phone to avoid aaccidental dials.
Each time I wake my phone this happens. Is there any thing I should be worried with?

QUOTE(Cavino @ Jul 15 2014, 08:07 PM) Did you remove the stock protector that cover your screen? If you have not coz waiting for real protector before peeling it off, try lift//peel the top blocking/covering the top sensors and try again. I actually took it would off the moment I got it.. Haha. But thanks for the tip. Shall drop by their SC to get their thoughts as well. Cheers

Just FYI, had that issue with the accidental dialing and sudden movement on the touch screen.
Did some research and apparently its the hyper sensitivity from the "glove mode".
So turned it off, no more funny business. I'm back to enjoying the Mi3.
Cheers.

QUOTE(jay2you @ Jul 16 2014, 11:58 AM) There is a settings to turn that off. settings > display > turn off prevent pocket dials. Hope it helps. Yep, got that out of the way and glove mode. crazy sensitive. I hovered my finger above the lock screen, and it went crazy. No thanks to such feature. Cheers.
