Lets say i copy a phone number from sms or whatsapp how do i paste it on the dialer?

If i saved the phone number without the +60 , in the sms will duplicate 2 thread, how to solve this?
Example: +6016-2099999 Hi how r u 016-2099999 Hi im fine |

Guys my contacts doesnt sync with mi cloud, all settings were correct.. sms all sync well though.
