I'm using Windows 7. Previously installed MiuiLite and found it unfriendly and uninstalled. Now when I plug in USB, all I can see is just Mi3W camera......

Why ?

I posted this question before but couldn't get any working advice. Now try again with photo illustration.   Hopefully some sifu out there can advise.

I have multiple contacts in my contacts list (see photo). One contact name becomes 4-6 more because of duplication of xiaomi, waze, whatsapp, ringtones x 2, etc.

I've stopped the sync with Xiaomi account but didn't help. If I delete all the irrelevant ones, it won't appear again.

I go to contacts setting and noticed that there are few "contact lists" but already set to "Google". I don't understand why there is a "waze contact list" too and it seems unable to remove.

Merge duplicates won't help. Reboot also won't help.

If the only way to solve this is to delete all the account and re-sync from google, can I do it without resetting the phone?

Anyone else has this problem?

The numbers just don't tally. The numbers I have in gmail is 2710. In contact. In contacts it shows 2690. In contacts list it shows 3060 for google....and I just finished sync.....

guys, my Maxis plan is postpaid and without any data plan. Just wanna ask u guys if my setting is ok, scared it will use my data and later Maxis charge me. paranoid dy, just now maxis sms me said I reach RM216.

So I went to Security (app) > Data Usage > Restrict

For this part, i
1) disabled all data for downloaded apps
2) disabled all data for apps
3) disabled data for default settings for new apps. (setting icon top right)

Then I went to Security (app) > Data Usage > setting icon (top right)

For this part, i
1) Mobile data limit > Peak data limit being set to 1.00b.
2) Set data usage > didn't make changes to it
3) Restrict peak data usage > on
4) Allow background data > off

for this month this is my usage. duno why maxis send me the sms saying I used RM216.

any1 here without data plan? care to share how to make sure any apps dun suck up data in the background?

May be they need info thru infographic to make it easier?

one more option, he could just open a dispute thread instead of ranting the whole fiasco here only if the seller is a lyn member. Alternatively, can only blame himself from buying from a stranger without proper checking of the phone.l

What makes the whole story so unbelievable are due to these points
1. He's keeping mum on the identity of the seller
2. Selling a defect phone to another buyer
3. Did not do anything to report
4. Offer or selling phone on this thread
5. Could it be a way to get sympathize and easy to sell a defect phone whereas there is no such seller who ignored him...all the story is just made up. To entice you guys or get rid on a lemon unit...
6. Maybe he screw up the sim pin himself at first and later decide to sell it off....

More and more unexplained points and suspicious on his motive....

I feel the same too. But I might be wrong. None than less I won't buy even if it's for 500RM. Imagine you go to claim and SC says hey this item reported stolen, how you get it. Cannot claim blah blah .

Y my mi3 only can get edge speed only. My samsung note can get hspa previously.

hmm...never encounter that...maybe should have more to report and we monitor from there...if it's true, then should pin it on page 1 for sharing purpose...

Difference between normal piston and this one:

-colour bit silverish compared to normal one goldish
