hi bro , there is no turbo function in ps3 or ps4 or xb360 or xb1

but there is some modification that could be done to the controller which are only for dedicated gamers of professional gamers like those in COD MBL or international competitions

You'll need to do research, exactly what kind of Turbo controller features do you want? Can program all kinds of combinations like dpad + face buttons for Fighting Games? have different turbo speeds for shooting games? etc etc...)

Heavyarm used to sell the Thrustmaster Ferrari F60 and Scuderia turbo gamepads, but don't know if theres stock, u can check their Lowyat thread. HORI pad you can buy from Play-Asia.
