After almost 9 months with TMGo postpaid, here is my review :

1. Speed was above from what I supposed to get (1Mbps). Constantly at 2Mbps.

2. Signal strength on my Huawei modem is only at 3 bar.

3. Only once so far that I had an outage for almost a day. It was reported and rectified the day after. When reporting, they have a dedicated team just to handle TMGo (will take some time before your call being routed to them, so be patience). Be sure to have your MSISDN number as references as service number or other number might not appear in their system (this is weird)

4. When paying bills, do pay via myTM. I tried before using JOMPAY, ended up one of my payment was not captured by TM, hence they barred my line.

5. For those wondering why TMGO postpaid. At that time, this was the only solution I can get which is wireless and gives you unlimited quota. I dont mind the speed, at 2Mbps, I'm still able to stream videos

Postpaid = cap speed at 1 Mbps + No Qouta
Prepaid = High speed + cap on qouta

it's not as simple as DNS that controlling this. There are policy engine that restricting your browsing after quota hit.

Anyone using the D-Link DWM-221 modem from TMgo? Can you verify that it cannot "see" other LTE networks?

I have stopped using TMgo. I tried the modem with DiGi, Celcom & U Mobile SIM - it detects the 3G networks of those telcos just fine, but not 4G.
