Wow. Quite a sweeping statement. Maybe the thing is that there are no jobs for people like you? There are plenty of jobs for the general population though.

I have no doubt that they do earn that much and I know the earning power for a fact. However, my post was meant for your statement on the following, "Better quit ur studies cox there is no job for graduates nowadays."

Now that is just not true even as an exaggeration. There are plenty of jobs for graduates. My organization is finding it hard to get people especially fresh graduates and i also belong to an association for an industry group that is also finding it hard to get graduates never-mind quality ones. If you had stated that for particular fields - the job prospects are bad, then it would be passable.

I actually look at the candidate more than the place where the person graduates from. If the person impresses me with his knowledge of the organization (which shows initiative), confidence, poise and ambition/hunger then I would just hire the person.

Everything else can be taught.
