QUOTE(bulkbiz @ Jul 7 2014, 08:19 PM) Martingale based strategy has been exist for long time in FX trading arena, especially retail trading like us. If you simply check those monthly contest, myfxbook top performer, zulu and so on, you can see a lot of signal provider having a very very smooth equity for 3 years and above (which made me envy and jealous). Debate is on going, expert A said it works, expert B said it doesn't work due to market is random and bla bla bla .... I personally does not use martingale system and I will never use it because I am a true believer market is random. How about you guys here, please discuss nice..martingle key is ur first point right? if ur 1st entry is wrong than martingle banyak level pun salah kan.. that is what my sifu told me la.. hehe |

QUOTE(9kingsir @ Aug 12 2014, 01:15 PM) to all newbie... by just reading wont get you started and far.. i dont think u want to burst your account in the beginning because we dont have much funding/capital to burst.. You have a thought of finding a better investment with small capital.. ( better than savings/mutual fund/fixed deposit/bondASB/) which only give u few % per annum... You suddenly dont know where u click landed saying forex is a quick fast money.. Then some forumer ask u read babypips.. play demo.. ask u try burn account first... I advise you.... this is a high mind game.. cant take the pressure.. dont be in it. Dont waste money on course... Dun buy Robotic EA.. Indicators dun give u 100% direction and entry price.. Most important as newbie, find a good guru/mentor... invest wisely.. Good Luck |

QUOTE(frontier008 @ Aug 19 2014, 02:09 PM) using your example, USD/MYR (Maybank exchange rate) Like we go local bank eg. Maybank exchange rate: 1 US Dollar Buying 3.1155 MYR Selling 3.1945 MYR Spread = 0.079 MYR = 790pips does that means when US market is strong and Malaysia market is weak, we should go for buy? this means we are buying 3.1155 MYR at during the open... then when close... probably 1 US is sold for > 3.1945 MYR... then we earn the differences? u earn when the sell price above the buy price you enter |
