I see so many guru sharing their technical analysis / chart reading here. How many can boast that they have at least one year of track record with max dd < average monthly return.

I wonder if anyone have tried news trading. Such method holding time is only a few minutes and as u all know the shorter the holding period, the min the risk. The sharpe ratio is also much higher in news trading compared to other strategies.

If any of u tried news trading, let discuss.

If u have dabbled in news trading system, u will be amazed how much control u have. For me, I have been specializing my own news feed to get the fastest news where possible. It is the only way where one can ger tens to hundreds pip within 1 min. So far all other system sharp ratio is not favorable except for news trading.

Seeing is believing but no pro have thus far shown a real account here. I am wondering if they are really pro?

Anyway, this is an eg of how an news trading system works. http://www.myfxbook.com/members/nutkaze/safe-system2/909250

no technical analysis, no chart pattern reading. Just getting the fastest news feed and reducing the lantency to broker.

There are certain period of the week where news come out and cause volatily such as the nfp, unemployment claim, etc. This is when u can earn the largest amt of pips in the shortest timeif there is deviation according to the forecasted figure

by having access to the fastest news feed, u can get in the trade before majority of the manual traders. This is where u can earn.

does your news feed give numbers before the announcement timing?

if not there is nothing special...

The most important is not to give number before announcement, it is how fast one capture the news before the broker react to it. This is where the pips are earned.
