seen on DAtorrent site. QUOTE After changes done by the US congress, the distribution/sharing of loli content bans have been lifted. Users are once again open to share loli and the likes on DATorrents once again!
We thank you for your co-operation over the past week while everything we going around in circles regarding this topic.
All torrents that were loli based will be re-added to the site within the next day or so.

Eh.... DATorrents had to react to it when the was a possibility that we'd get closed for the loli material, since servers are based in the US after all.
Maybe it was an overreaction, but when the forum/tracker/gallery is at stake, what happened was necessary. Even Hongfire went through a similar period.
