Hi, i'm looking for a particular book. I barely remember the title, writer or publisher, because it was stolen from me back in 1995 or 1996. I guess it was worth stealing it.

It's a collection of short stories on events related to paranormal activities, UFOs and ghost. I do know that they do published separate books for UFOs, paranormal activities and ghosts, but the one I lost is a combination of all three (or four?) books.

I remember it's light green, hardcover. And each short stories, will be accompanied by sketch/cartoon of the event. I remember the one for Jersey Devil, where the cartoon depict devil's hoofs printed on snow and roof of a house.

The cartoon style, looks like done by Sergio Aragones from MAD or Aza from Gila Gila.

if anyone know the name, title, writer of the book, please let me know. I've been looking for it for quite sometime. thanks!
