Although I do have my own gym partner but they are casual lifter with very little knowledge in fitness.
I am looking for gym partner to help motivate, spot and form check each others.
It would be better if you are running nsuns 531 four day program too.
I don't have a car so I can only go to the gym I stated above.
I usually workout from 10pm-12am
