As long as you haven't signed the offer letter, you can still immediately refuse the job. Once you have signed, then you are bound to their rules and regulations. I see huge potential in the company, a place which I can develope...
But ... the starting pay is low for a fresh grad like me... though the perks are gud...
Do u think I shud accept?
Or shud I search a place wif higher starting pay? (maybe sacrificing career development?)
