I see. Will try to check it out when have time. Wonder if they have one for Tumbler since its quite big sweat.gif
*
Daiso case will not fit the 76023 Tumbler due to the dimension. This will definitely need a custom made acrylic case lol. I have this information from someone last time but am not sure if he is still doing his business.

Perniagaan Ty Sign
No. 61, Jalan Taman Tan Yew Lai,
Taman Tan Yew Lai,
58200 KL.

email : tysignad@gmail.com
tel : 012-2917382

This person does custom acrylic case but be prepared to fork out at least RM150 and above for it. Good luck!

sorry for being out of the loop, but i saw CMF 12 at RM14.90!! quite a drastic increase since i last bought movie CMFs
*
The movie and Simpsons CMF was a one-off thing to lower the RRP to RM11.90 I guess. There was already rumour that the RRP will increase for series 12 CMF even before release so it's somehow kind off expected. But yea RM14.90 per pack is a little steep considering the fact that Mixels are only at RM19.90.

Checked out the DAISO @ Pavillion. Definitely no case that will fit the Tumbler 76023 as they only have those for keeping mini figs  sweat.gif
Will need to ask/check around for sources/shops for sure  hmm.gif
Not possible for that due to limited space in the room  sweat.gif

At the moment, I am only keeping it in my book shelf with the glass door closed to avoid dust  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

You can try calling the contact I gave. Should still be in business smile.gif

hi sifus, my frd is going to hk end of this month. from wat i read tis tread hk lego are pretty cheap rite? can i know is there any website that i can check the lego price at HK?

I recommend Lot 175 in Ins Point. This store variety is more and slightly cheaper at least for me. Search for Ins Point location in google maps. The whole building 2 floors is filled with lego and toys but mostly lego.

How does this work actually for collecting mini figures? Buy one whole box still random chances or confirm to get complete set? How many figures is in a box anyway?
*
A box of 60 figures usually have 3 complete sets and 12 figures extras. For a better overview of what you will have extra, I usually refer to the review in Eurobricks such as this for series 13:

Anyone got hold of the 2015 sets already ?  cool.gif

I got my complete S13 CMFs already tongue.gif Other items on the way whistling.gif

p/s: US S@H already out of stock for CMF. "Out of stock, will ship in 30 days" Looks like it's an error with the website and it's not actually out of stock.

In case anyone uses Ikea Ribba Frames to fit their CMF like me, the 23cm x 23cm frame is now currently on offer if you have Ikea family card. From RM29.90, it's now down to RM14.90. Valid till middle of February if I'm not mistaken.

I didn't check the price on the larger frame.

Interestinng...thanks for sharing. Will definitely check it out. The frame can fit the minifigures ar ? How do u do it bro?
*
The 23cm x 23cm frame can fit 16 figures with the combination of 5-6-5 or any depending on your preference. There's plenty of guides online if you search minifigure in ribba frame but in a gist, I used 2x2 bricks glued to a card board then placing the minifigure on the brick. But downside of this is some figures with custom legs (Medussa for instance) will not properly fit the frame due to the size.

These are some guides for the larger frame that can fit up to 48 figures if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for the information!! Will drop by curve soon smile.gif
I'm not sure if this is the same frame, but I used a Ribba frame for this full Simpson CMF series smile.gif

The stand parts are obtained from PAB smile.gif

This should be the only ribba frame that has the depth to fit in bricks. Others has no depth and meant for photos only. So when you buy, do look for the one with depth and not just by looking at the word Ribba. Everything is named as Ribba laugh.gif
