Graphics looked like classic Castlevania games, even down to the info bars on the top of the screen.
Too bad the price is not 'classic' standard, it's $14.99 in case anyone's wondering since TS didn't include info.

Price is fine with me, just to show support for the programmers. I think it will be discounted sometime down the line. I bought Duck Tales Remastered for $7.49 (down from $15) during a promo. Just watch out for it then.

This title alone is worth the USD 15. And it won't just stop at 5 hours. The DLC will give you more than that.
I rarely see titles that get this acclaim. Even the Ducktales remaster is not worth the USD 15 when it came out. This one, balls out worth the bucks.
The soundtrack is the real winner though.

Ah... 8-BIT GRAPHICS and CHIPTUNE soundtrack... My childhood memories are back! Megaman, Castlevania, Ninja Gaiden, Super Mario, Chip n Dale
I got it for 3DS... The 3D effect is quite nicely done [parallax scrolling] and there is also Feats [achievements].. Anybody got the Wii U version - how is it?
I also hear there will be more free DLCs like female character, new modes, levels etc... $15 is reasonable for a new downloadable title IMO.

I bought mine first thing in the morning. It's a little pricey, but it looks like a good platformer, and something similar to a Mega Man style platformer (Mega Man being my favourite platforming series) so I bought it.
Plays very well, music is good, overall quite impressed by this game. Will probably replay it over and over again just like Mega Man.
