China is always expensive regardless which generation is that. Take a look of its 5s and 5c vs our 5s and 5c pricing. Even its 8GB 5c is more expensive than our 16GB 5c. We don't have 8GB variant though. My China best friend purposely came to Malaysia to buy her iPad 4 last year. Now she's asking me to help her buying iPhone 6 once it's available here. She can wait though China will be in the first batch. When I was in Beijing last winter, I went to their Apple store to check out Apple Mini Retina LTE but they didn't have that variant yet that time but the WiFi version is already extremely expensive. I waited and managed to get one during the Apple Store sales in January though I wasn't in Malaysia that time.  |
