QUOTE(sai86 @ Aug 19 2014, 05:05 PM) yeah. that 1.8k mah is kinda disappointing. Two different market I guess. 5.5 good for those who don't want carry powerbank, watch video freuqently and play games.no matter how advance the tech is, the battery efficiency/capacity is still lagging far behind. i hope no major tech difference between 4.7 vs 5.5. coz i luv going for 4.7 as my next iphone (back from android). |

QUOTE(nas @ Aug 20 2014, 02:48 PM) The battery ain't bad, but everyone expecting > 2000mAH. Honestly, they could have squeezed an extra 200mAH to make it roughly 2010mAH. We'll see, what I hope is they can make a "power-saving" mode. Really handy when you no where near power source.Bear in mind there will be a new processor and some other new hardware features. Possibly Apple is confident these new hardware will work tightly with the new IOS 8 to deliver better battery performance? |

QUOTE(frozzbyte @ Aug 26 2014, 02:45 PM) That's not small form factor. Actually how much different can it make if having slimmer bezel? At least it help some. Same here, cannot decide before holding it on my bare hand. This time I need to wait for the actual specs and hold it in hand first. I really don't like big phones but who knows, once I hold it in my hands and then I'll decide. QUOTE(EdwinCodec @ Aug 26 2014, 03:22 PM) The problem is Apple haven't even give out invitation for the event. Usually they will have a teaser or some sort. |

Feld & Volk says it has been able to piece together this iPhone from various components it has obtained as part of its effort to build its own luxury version of the iPhone 6 for its customers, and remarkably enough, the device is at least capable of turning on. While it seems surprising that a functional iPhone 6 could be built from individual components, Feld & Volk has demonstrated that it has been able to get its on rare parts, and thus it is possible they may have acquired everything necessary to build the device. |

QUOTE(Townshend @ Aug 30 2014, 01:45 PM) Yeah, but anyway, I read the reason is so we can easily attach external or third party lenses to the camera. If can attach third party lens, I don't mind the protruding camera lolBut it's not the first time. iPod Touch 5 also has a protruding camera.
