Kia being a good car got no direct relation to bad service handles by Naza.
It does however affects ones decision to buy or not to buy, but you cannot deny Kia does build good car. Anyway, my Picanto is 5 years now and all good. You just need to find the good Authorized Service Dealer to go to. |

I am waiting for my paid spare part almost 3 months and has yet to receive any feedback when they can provide me the ETA.
Have been waiting them for 1 month for the answer... and their customer service is suck... They promised me to call me, let me know when it should arrive but they failed to let me know--- i have been chasing them for 1 month and they just gave you empty promises. I manage kawtim to claim warranty wheel speed sensor even it was bitten by mouse. It take about a month to arrive. After that my abs and esc back to normal and no more yellow warning indicator pop up.Have been waiting them for 1 month for the answer... and their customer service is suck... I suspect the service center charged me but claimed free from KIA. They told me they dont cover warranty if it is due to human behaviours. This post has been edited by jack2: Oct 7 2018, 12:11 PM |

So far I'm quite satisfied with Kia aftersales service. I havea Kia Cerato since 2013 & i only have issues with the car during the first year of ownership, after that the car gave me no problems.During that time, I always got a courtesy car whenever I have to leave my car overnight or two. FYI, I always send my car to Kia glenmarie for servicing. |

HUH??? Your car won't break down that easily because of that oil leak, that now can't be found anymore. The leak is not there any more - how to fix? How to diagnose??
Sometimes it's due to new car needing break in period. Some of the possible tiny holes are now filled in either by expanding components etc. If you are that paranoid - just check our engine oil stick when you fill petrol. That is what we used to do last time! Not a big deal. Wait until you hear horror stories from VW/Audi engine oil *burning" off. Same with poster above, I'm also satisfied with Kia SC, at Kota Damansara. This post has been edited by hspace: Dec 2 2018, 08:38 PM |

When I was still driving Sportage GT 2011 from 2011 to early this year, I always send to Glenmarie or Setapak SC.After the warranty period ended in 2017, I sent to Autosaver which also specialised in Korean cars If you make friend with the regular mechanics at the SC, it will be much easier the next time you send back to them for servicing or warranty claim |
