Thrift stayZ 19 (TZ19) is a newly painted 2-storey house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free high speed WIFI and 50 channels tv.

The holiday house or homestay Subang Jaya (you get the whole house to yourself) comes with its own balcony, lots of free parking space, front yard for you to do BBQ.

It’s suitable for short term rental or daily holiday rental in Subang Jaya.

Sleeping layout:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + single mattress,
Bedroom 2: Single Beds x 2
Towels and linen provided.

Unit capacity: 5 pax.
If more than 5 pax, please let us know so we can setup carpet, extra mattress, towel, pillow, linen for only RM10/pax/night so all guests can sleep comfortably in the living area downstairs. (Just let us know in advance so we can setup for you)

Unit amenities:
Living area - Sony TV, DVD player & DVDs, sofa, study table, book rack, shoe shelf, stand fan,
Kitchen - Big 2 door Panasonic fridge, rice cooker, kettle, stove, cooking utensils and cutleries, plates set, dining table, Ikea stools
Washing machine, detergent, iron and ironing board, provided if you need to wash and iron clothes.
Prayer mat and separate set of cutleries provided for Muslim guests.
Free high speed wifi & 50 tv channels.

Facilities:

TZ19 is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and very near to food court and restaurants featuring Malaysian and Western cuisines.
It has easy access to Sunway, Shah Alam, USJ and KL via Federal Highway, NPE, Plus or Kesas Highway.
About 10mins drive to Sunway Pyramid/Sunway Lagoon/Summit USJ / Mydin USJ.
About 20mins drive to Shah Alam / i-City / PJ.
About 30mins to KL City and about 40mins to KLIA if no jam.

Check in time: after 3pm
Check out time: before 12noon

How to book:
- To book Thrift stayZ 19, transfer booking security deposit of RM300 to our Maybank Account / Paypal
- Booking / security deposit is refundable at check out if no breakage/loss at the house.
- Full rental payable before or on check in date. Payment in ringgit malaysia only.
- Any changes/cancellation is to be made 7 days before check in/out dates.
- In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours, booking fee is not refundable but can be used for future bookings.
