hi guys. i'm on dev rom 4.6.20.

having trouble connecting my device to the computer. when i plug in via usb, i got an error that says "USB device not recognized". anyone encounter this before? it only happens on 1 pc. when i connect to other pc, it works fine. so i think something's wrong with the driver on my pc.

i've tried:
- uninstalling the driver that causes this error (unknown USB device) and then reconnect
- install the xiaomi sync software
- reboot my device and the pc

all the above doesn't work

Nope. used the same cable on diff pc. works fine there. suspect it's a driver problem. is there a way to reinstall the driver on my pc?

Not sure if it's just me. My voice calls kept disconnecting. I couldn't get any conversation past 5 minutes. This happens in version 4.6.20 as well

Anyone encounter this issue? Please advice. Thanks!

Sorry, missed this info. I'm on dev rom 4.6.27. i've tried using earphone (and without). used the same sim card on other device, no problem. so i'm sure it's the problem with the device or settings
