Hi any mi3 user can recommend a good and cheap tempered glass SP ? Saw a lot of nillkin h+ SP going at RM 35 ++  but at the same time lelong selling some at RM 20 ++. Anyone has some input of the quality of both version ?

I would suggest get original samsung one as they are easily sold in lelong.
Those supposed to be good quality loose up petty fast. Been buying a few already.

Saw this type in directd yesterday. Looks good and branded with nice packing. But longer from the picture i gave.

to avoid bubbles, there is some skill needed. first, a dust free environment.
1. off your ceiling fan
2. prepare some cellophane tape
3. use alcoholic wipe to clear residue or dust on screen
4. apply gently
5. use cellophane to remove bubble which caused by dust or small particle that sticks on your screen.
6. practice makes perfect 

anyone know a good phone tech to pasang screen protector ?
