well, it depends on company. my company probation period is 3 months.

im so stupid demand salary so low, so they say they pay me what i demand for the next 3 months, and say possibly no epf contribution. but when salary time came they up my basic RM200 extra and also got contribution on epf. so nice . also got sales comission 10%, kinda happy also.

now need to wait another 2 months for confirmation and they'll up my basic RM300 more .

i think ur probation period so long also bcoz its related with ur job titled, and it involves the magic word, 'trainee' ;p
