Under probation, EPF&SOCSO

the company has the right to do that, they can omit ur EPF and socso, annual leave, commission while u r under probation. But some companies do offer these benefits although u r still in probation. So the answer is ------> depend on certain company loh...

I have spoke to my boss regarding this but still he havent get back to me yet. What if boss said that they can choose not to contribute? I will just have to accept it then?  |
